On November 10, 2025, H.E. Dr. Chan Narith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary-General of the National Social Protection Council, led the team from the National Payment Certification Agency to conduct a study visit at Preah Ang Doung Hospital. The visit aimed to study and discuss the digital transformation of the Digital Payment Certification System to strengthen governance in processing claims under the Health Equity Fund and the National Social Security Fund, ensuring greater effectiveness and efficiency.
