Patient Management and Registration System
The Patient Management and Registration System (PMRS) is a web-based database utilized by all public health facilities in the Kingdom of Cambodia. It is designed to record patient profiles, patient histories, service access, and reimbursement details for health services in fundraising projects focused on health equity.
Since 2014, PMRS has been implemented across various public health facilities, including national hospitals, provincial hospitals, district referral hospitals, health centers, and former district hospitals. The system enables health workers to document data on health service utilization and revenue generation at their facilities. These reports can be downloaded and sent to the Ministry of Health for further analysis and record-keeping.
PMRS is compatible with most web browsers, but it is optimized for use with Chrome and Edge. For the best performance, it is recommended to use one of these browsers.
